Product synchronization

1. In the upper-right corner of the LinkedMall Supplier Platform Product Hub > Product Management page, click Add Product.

2. Upload products.

   • To add a small number of products (from 1 to 20):

     1. Click the Get Products from Store button.

     2. Select the source and destination stores for the products.

     3. Enter the Taobao product IDs. Separate multiple IDs with commas.

     4. Click the Get Products button.

     5. Select the products that you want to add.

     6. Click Import Products.

     7. Select a product invoice type and click Add products to the public product pool.

     8. Click Import Products.

   • To add products in a batch:

     1. You can select Upload Pictures.

     2. Select the source and destination stores for the products.

     3. Select a product invoice type.

     4. Select Add products to the public product pool.

     5. Click Download Template, fill out the template, and then click Select File to upload it.

     6. Click Save Products.

        Note

        • If you import products in multiple batches, the file names must be different. Each file cannot contain more than 1,000 rows of product data.

        • The main image for a LinkedMall product is retrieved from the second main image on the Taobao/Tmall product page. For best results, ensure that the second main image and all subsequent images do not contain marketing content. If your images have a white background, you must also configure the Tmall event material images in the supplier center. This ensures that the products are displayed correctly on the frontend.

Modify supply prices

For special events that require you to provide free products of a certain value to traffic channels, you must set the event inventory and product prices. You must also closely monitor inventory and sales. After the event ends, you must promptly delist or delete the event products. For these types of events, you must create new product links. You are responsible for any financial losses that are caused by changes that you make to the supply price.

• Modify the price of a single product

  On the Product Hub > Product Management page, click Modify Price for a product to change its supply price.

  Note

  The supply price is the long-term price at which a supplier provides products. It is also the settlement price for most channels and suppliers. The supply price is typically 8% to 95% of the daily selling price on the Taobao primary site. This price is not included in price assessments and does not affect sales at the daily selling price on the Taobao/Tmall primary site.

• Modify prices in a batch

  On the Product Hub > Product Management page, click Batch Price Change in the upper-right corner. Select the store that contains the products and click Download Batch Price Change Template. Fill out the template, and then click Select File to upload the file.

  Template field	Description
  LinkedMall product ID	Enter the LinkedMall product ID displayed in the console.
  SKU ID	If the product has multiple SKUs, enter the corresponding SKU ID. If the product has only one SKU, enter -1.
  SKU supply price	Enter the settlement price for the corresponding SKU.

Add an SKU

To the right of the product, click Add SKU. Select the SKU and click OK.

Delete a product

On the right side of the product, click Delete Product. Select the SKU and click OK.
