This topic describes how to obtain a license for the Production Studio Web SDK.
Request activation by email
- Prepare the following information: your company or platform name, your Alibaba Cloud account ID or UID, a contact person, and a contact phone number. If you do not have an Alibaba Cloud account, create one. For more information, see Create an Alibaba Cloud account.
- Describe your business scenario, the products you use, and whether you need a dedicated operations specialist. This information helps Alibaba Cloud provide more suitable products and services.
- Send the preceding information to videosdk@service.aliyun.com.
For a faster response, use the following email subject: Request for Production Studio License. Activation requests are processed within 3 business days.
