Use the HeightNormalized and WidthNormalized parameters to scale a video layer in a production studio layout.
When you call AddCasterLayout or ModifyCasterLayout to create or modify a layout, set the following parameters to scale each video layer:

Note
If you set both HeightNormalized and WidthNormalized, the video layer is scaled in the specified aspect ratio, which may not be proportional.
