Billing
This topic describes the billing methods and components for the cloud products used by Cloud Service Diagnosis. For more information, see other topics in the Cloud Service Diagnosis documentation.
Cloud Service Diagnosis itself is a free service. However, it relies on other cloud products for certain diagnostic scenarios. You may incur charges if your usage of these products exceeds their free quota. The system always prompts you for confirmation before applying any potential charges. You will not be billed without your explicit consent.
The "Website Not Accessible" diagnostic scenario uses Cloud Probe and Network Intelligence Service. When you use this scenario for the first time, the system prompts you to activate these services and review their billing information.
Cloud Probe
Cloud Probe resolves the IP addresses associated with a domain name and measures access latency from different network carriers. Based on the IP addresses, it automatically discovers your cloud resources and their architecture. This lets it diagnose cloud resources and network connectivity. Network Intelligence Service
Network Intelligence Service analyzes network connectivity and diagnoses network resource instances to identify the cloud resources and root causes impacting connectivity. For detailed pricing, see Billing.
