After a customer completes an order, Alibaba Cloud Marketplace processes your earnings through a monthly automated settlement. This topic describes the settlement workflow and the Finance Center requirements you must complete before your first settlement.

Settlement workflow

The following diagram shows the settlement workflow after a customer completes an order.

Finance Center

Alibaba Cloud Marketplace settles Independent Software Vendor (ISV) earnings monthly through an automated online system. Before your first settlement, complete the following prerequisites.

Prerequisites

Update your financial information in the Finance Center of the Seller Portal. This information is used for invoice generation and payment settlements.

• Incomplete or pending financial information delays the settlement timeline.

• Changes to the listing fee through an updated Cosell Agreement take effect in the following month's settlement.
