1. How often are settlements processed for Alibaba Cloud Marketplace?

The settlement cycle for Alibaba Cloud Marketplace is one calendar month, which runs from the first to the last day of the month. Alibaba Cloud Marketplace pulls the details of orders that enter the settlement flow during the current month and processes a consolidated settlement in the following month. (The settlement cycle is determined by when an order meets the settlement conditions and enters the billing cycle, not by when the order is paid.) For more information, see Settlement rules.

2. What are the differences between the settlement channels for Alibaba Cloud Marketplace?

Orders for third-party service providers on Alibaba Cloud Marketplace can be settled through the following channels: the standard channel, Alipay, and MYbank.

Payments made with Alipay or a bank card are settled through a corporate Alipay account or MYbank. Payments made with an account balance, credit-based payment, or for pay-as-you-go orders are settled through the standard channel.
