If a project is not assigned to a service provider, it is placed in a queue. You can view queued projects in the Delivery Center. You can also adjust a service provider's maximum order quantity and then manually assign the order.
Background
If a product has no configured service provider, or if all eligible service providers have reached their maximum order quantity, the project workflow pauses at the service provider assignment node, and the project is automatically added to the queue. You can view the current queue status in the Delivery Center. The system checks the queue every 10 minutes and automatically assigns orders to eligible service providers with available capacity. Alternatively, you can adjust a service provider's maximum order quantity and then manually trigger an immediate order assignment.Queue status
