Overdue payment alert settings
This topic describes how to configure recipients for overdue payment alerts to help prevent business disruptions caused by missing MaxCompute overdue payment notifications.
Background information
The Alibaba Cloud account platform provides a feature to configure overdue payment alerts. When your MaxCompute service is about to incur an overdue payment, Alibaba Cloud sends you a notification by email or text message.

Overdue payment alert settings
Log on to Message Hub using your Alibaba Cloud account.
In the navigation pane on the left of the Message Hub page, click Basic Receiving Management.
On the Basic Receiving Management page, select Notifications for overdue payment, service suspension, and upcoming resource release and click Add message recipient.
In the Modify message recipient dialog box, click Add message recipient, enter the recipient's basic information, and then click Save.
Basic recipient information includes name, email, phone number, and job title. The system automatically sends a verification message to the provided phone number and email address. The recipient must complete verification before receiving messages. You must configure at least one message recipient.
