Token Plan (Team Edition) overview

Introduction

Token Plan (Team Edition) bundles Qwen and third-party models for text and image generation under a single Credits-based billing unit.

Plans and pricing

Select a seat type, quantity, and subscription period (monthly or annual) on the Token Plan (Team Edition) purchase page. Both Alibaba Cloud accounts and RAM users can subscribe.

Token Plan (Team Edition) - Shared quota pack

A shared quota pack is a Credits pool shared across all seats. When a seat exceeds its monthly quota, overages draw from this pack. Each pack expires after one month; unused Credits are forfeited. If you own multiple packs, the earliest-expiring pack is consumed first.

Subscription management

Manage your subscription on the My Subscriptions page in the Token Plan console:

• Add seats: Click Add seats. New seats share the existing subscription's expiration date; both the price and Credits quota are prorated for the remaining time.

• Upgrade a seat: In the Subscription details list, click Upgrade on the seat row to move a lower-tier seat to a higher tier; pay the price difference.

• Unsubscribe a seat: In the Subscription details list, click Unsubscribe on the seat row. Seats with usage cannot be unsubscribed. Refunds are returned to the original payment account within 1 to 3 business days.

• Batch actions: Select multiple seats and click Batch upgrade or Batch unsubscribe.

• Renew: Click the Renew button. The renewal period matches your original subscription cycle (monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions renew annually). Renew before expiration to avoid service interruption.

• Auto-renew: Click Enable auto-renewal and confirm. It takes effect the next day and the system automatically charges based on your subscription cycle 9 days before expiration.

• Add a shared quota pack: Click Add next to Shared quota pack. Each pack is valid for one month.

Credits

View Credits usage

From the console: Log on to the Token Plan console. On the My Subscriptions page, view total quota usage percentage, reset time, seat allocation, and the status and expiration of each seat and shared usage pack.

From the management platform: On the Usage Analysis page, view 1/7/30-day Credits consumption trends, per-model usage, and per-member consumption details. See Team management.

Usage policies

1. Scope of use: This plan is for interactive use with compatible AI programming and agent tools only. Do not use it for automated scripts or application backends. Violations may result in subscription suspension or API key revocation.

2. Data security: Token Plan (Team Edition) does not use your conversation data for model training.

3. Account security: API keys are for the assigned member only. Do not share or expose them publicly.

4. Unsubscription and refund: You can unsubscribe by seat on the My Subscriptions page in the console. Seats with usage cannot be unsubscribed. Refunds are returned to the original payment account within 1 to 3 business days.

5. Service region: Token Plan (Team Edition) is available only in specific regions. If you access the service from other countries or regions, comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Select region, service deployment scope, and access domain.
