Note Refunds are available only for ApsaraDB for MongoDB subscription instances. Pay-as-you-go instances are not eligible for refunds. To delete a pay-as-you-go instance, log on to the MongoDB console.

Note Refunds apply only to the amount paid for an order using cash or a stored value card. The portion of the payment covered by vouchers or coupons is not refundable.
