Add API data source

1. Log in to the OpenSearch console. In the upper-left corner, switch to OpenSearch Retrieval Engine Edition. On the Instance Management page, find your instance and click Manage in the Actions column.

2. In the navigation pane, choose Configuration Center > Data Source. Click Add Data Source.

3. In the Add Data Source dialog box, select API Data Source, enter a Data Source Name, and click Verify.

Delete API data source

1. On the Data Source page, find your data source and click Delete.

2. Deleted data sources cannot be recovered. Proceed with caution.

Note:

• If an API data source is associated with an index table, you must first delete the index table before deleting the data source.

• A full import for an API data source clears all existing data and begins real-time synchronization from a specified timestamp. Perform this operation with caution.
