The alert management feature of Managed Service for OpenTelemetry sends alert notifications to contacts by phone, text message, email, DingTalk, WeCom, Lark, or Webhook.
You can add the contacts and chatbots to a contact group. After you create a notification policy and configure the contact group as a notification object, notifications are sent to all the contacts in the group when an alert is triggered. For more information, see Contact groups.
