SIP (session initiation protocol) is a network protocol used to establish, modify, and terminate sessions. It is a key component of VoIP (voice over internet protocol).

SIP error codes and their solutions vary by partner. Before troubleshooting, identify your partner.
Alibaba Cloud Communications: The SIP line name contains "Alibaba Communications-Public (aspn)".
Shenzhen Dazhong Tongxin: The name contains "Jiuyun" or "jiuyun".
Anhui Zhanxing: The name contains "Tiannan" or "tiannan".
Beijing uincall: The name contains "youyin" or "uincall".
Shanghai Zhongchuang: The name contains "Zhongchuang" or "zhongchuang".
If a call disconnects after one ring or immediately after dialing, the issue is likely with the partner's line. First, contact your partner to investigate and resolve the issue. You can also contact Alibaba Cloud technical support by adding the DingTalk ID 'cccsupport2' for help contacting the partner.
