Subscription instances expire on their billing end date. An expired instance is locked and unavailable until you renew it. Renew your instance before the expiration date to avoid service interruption.
Renewal applies to subscription instances only.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
A PolarDB-X 2.0 subscription instance
Renew an instance
Log on to the PolarDB-X console.
In the top navigation bar, select the region where the instance is deployed.
On the Instances page, click the PolarDB-X 2.0 tab.
Find the instance you want to renew, click the more options icon (
) in the Actions column, and then click Renew.On the Renewal page, specify a subscription duration.
Click Buy Now.
Click Subscribe.
