You can design and develop custom agents for your specific business needs. For example, a telesales quality management team can build an agent based on call summary data to track sales call quality. This agent can assess whether each salesperson's call activities comply with established standards. This enables data-driven, standardized quality control. To use agents, you must first configure settings in agent management. Agent management is divided into agent workshops and agents. An agent workshop can contain multiple agents. Each agent workshop is tied to a single agent development platform. Different agent workshops have isolated resources and cannot access each other directly. A workshop typically corresponds to a workspace on the agent development platform. This topic describes how to manage agents.

Agents are available only in the Advanced and Professional editions. This feature is not available in the Personal edition.
