Design and develop custom agents tailored to your business needs. For example, a telesales quality management team can use visit summary data to build an agent that tracks telesales quality and assesses whether each salesperson's visit behavior meets standards. Before you use agents, configure the Agent Management settings. Agent management consists of agent workshops and agents. Each agent workshop supports a single agent development platform and can contain multiple agents. Agent workshops are resource-isolated and cannot directly access each other. They typically correspond to a workspace on the agent development platform.
This feature is available only in the Hong Kong (China), Malaysia, and Singapore sites. Support for other sites will be available soon.
