Manage sending records

After you create a subscription task, you can manage its sending records on the subscription management page.

Navigate to the subscription management page

  1. Log on to the Quick BI console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Subscription.

    The subscription management page appears.

Search for sending records

Organization members can view the sending records of subscription tasks they created. Organization administrators can view and manage the sending records of all subscription tasks in the organization.

  1. Navigate to the subscription management page.

  2. On the Sending Record tab of the Subscription Management page, enter a keyword in the search box to search for sending records of subscription tasks.

    You can also filter your search by time range, task status, subscription task name, or owner to quickly find specific sending records.发送记录312

    • ①: Select a time range.

    • ②: Select a sending status.

      The sending status can be Succeeded, In Progress, or Failed.

    • ③: Enter a keyword to search by subscription task name or owner.

View a subscription task

Viewing permissions are role-based: organization administrators can see all sending records, whereas members can only view records for tasks they created.

  1. Navigate to the subscription management page.

  2. On the Subscription Management page, on the Sending Record tab, click View subscription in the Actions column of the target subscription task.

  3. In the View subscription dialog box, you can perform the following actions:

    • Manual send: Immediately sends the subscription to the recipient. This action does not affect scheduled sending.

    • View logs: You can view the task status and log details.

      You can also access the logs from another location. For more information, see View logs.

  1. Navigate to the subscription management page.

  2. On the Subscription Management page, on the Sending Record tab, click the Log 312 icon in the Actions column of the target subscription task.

  3. In the Logs dialog box, you can view the task status and log details.
