Once a task is published, you can manage its settings. You can start the task, edit its schedule, view the execution log, pause periodic scheduling, and take it offline.
Task run status
Once a task is published, you can view its run status on the data preparation page.
Publishing status
The publishing status includes Unpublished, Saved but not published, Published, and Offline.
Run type
The run type includes manual run, periodic scheduling, and periodic scheduling (paused).
Set Run type to Manual run. After you manually trigger the task, its status is Manual run.
Set Run type to Periodic run. After the run starts, the status of the task is Periodic run.
If you stop the periodic run, the status changes to Scheduled (Paused).
Last run status
The last run status reflects the outcome of the most recent execution. Possible statuses include Pending, Running, Succeeded, Failed, Manually Terminated, and Not Run (-).
Pending: When parallel tasks exist, the status of a task in the queue is displayed as Pending.
Manually Terminated: When a task is in the Pending or Running state, you can stop the task by clicking the Terminate button. The status of the task is then displayed as Manually Terminated.

Not run: This status indicates that a run type is configured for the task, but the task has not yet run. For example, a manual run has not been triggered or the first periodic run has not yet started.
Manual run
Click the Run icon to manually run the task.
If you configure a periodic run and then manually trigger a Run, the task is immediately executed once, and the scheduled run is not affected.
Run history
After a task runs, you can click the Run History icon to view the run history.
Resume periodic scheduling
Resume Periodic Scheduling is supported only when the Run Type is set to Periodic Run.
Offline task
Unpublishing is supported only when the Publishing Status is Published.
