Organization administrators can configure global report settings, including font options, default automatic linkage, and whether users can copy preview links in edit mode. Set query control behavior to persist query conditions across the organization and choose which toolbar functions appear in view mode.

Entry point

On the Quick BI homepage, follow the guide in the figure to navigate to the report configuration page.

Query control configuration

Parameters

image

  • Remember query conditions

In the query control configuration section, select Remember query conditions to persist a user's last query inputs. When enabled, the system saves the values a user selects after they click Query. The next time the user opens the report, the query controls are pre-populated with those saved values.

  • Null value display

In the query control configuration section, choose how query control dropdowns handle null values: Show null values, Hide null values, or Configure per filter.

    • Show null values — Null values appear in the dropdown list for all query controls.

      image

    • Hide null values — Null values are hidden from the dropdown list for all query controls.

      image

    • Configure per filter — Control null value visibility for each query control individually using the Show null values for filter options checkbox. When the checkbox is selected for a query control, its dropdown shows null values. When cleared, null values are hidden.

      image

  • Maximum number of manual entries (default: 1000, maximum: 10000)

In the query control configuration section, set Maximum number of manual entries to any integer up to 10000.

    image

    Note
    • The default value is 1000 and the maximum is 10000. Enter any integer within this range.

    • A very high limit may cause query failures on some databases. Keep this value at the default unless you have a specific requirement.

View mode functions

Font configuration

Parameters

image

  • Alibaba PuHuiTi

Select Use to enable the Alibaba PuHuiTi font. Once enabled, Alibaba PuHuiTi appears as an option in the font style selector for report pages.

    Note

Enabling this font may affect report performance.

  • Custom fonts

Add and manage local font packages for use on report pages. Quick BI matches fonts by font code against packages installed on the client. If the font code does not match or the font is not installed on the client, Quick BI falls back to the default font.

    1. Open the Custom font management window:

      • If no custom fonts have been added, click Click to add.

      • If custom fonts have already been added, click the image icon to the right of Added.

      Note
      • The font name appears in the font style selector in report font settings.

    3. Click Save.

      • Delete all fonts: On the report configuration page, click the image icon to the right of Added and click OK in the confirmation dialog. Alternatively, click Delete all in the Custom font management window.image
