Fill in permissions

Complex table reports do not have separate permissions. Permissions are based on the workbook itself, combined with the operation restrictions of the analyst and developer roles.

Perform collaborative authorization

• Function entry

• The collaborative authorization permissions include Edit, Export (including View), View, and End Date.

  • Export (Including View) and View do not require users to be in the current workspace. Granting Export (Including View) automatically grants View permission. You must specify an End Date.

  • Edit requires the user to be in the current workspace. Granting this permission automatically includes the two preceding permissions without a date limit.

• Public report filling: after you make the report public, users who obtain the link can fill in the report.

Edit a question

• New table:

  • Developer A can set the filling cells and configure the storage table.

  • Analysts do not have permissions to edit data sources. They can only view the reporting feature and create or edit the style of report controls, but cannot configure the writing mode or write data to physical tables.

• You have configured the filling cell and receipt table:

  • Developer B can modify the filling control and configure the storage table. If Developer B does not have permissions on the currently configured data source, the existing configuration cannot be modified and only switching to another data source is allowed.

  • Analysts can view the filling feature and create or edit the style of filling controls, but cannot configure the writing mode or write data to physical tables.
