Usage analysis

Background

• The usage analysis feature is available only for Advanced and Professional edition workspaces.

• Only organization administrators and users with custom roles that have intelligent O&M permissions can access and use the usage analysis feature.

Access

You can access the usage analysis page by using any of the following methods.

Dashboard content

1. Resource overview

   Shows the total resource count across the organization, along with purchased usage and total capacity for data dashboard and data preparation.

   Note

   If you have not purchased data dashboard or data preparation, click "Purchase Now" to open a pop-up window and complete the purchase.

   If your resource usage is high, click "Expand" to increase your capacity.

   

2. Resource capacity distribution

   The distribution of resources across workspaces in the organization. The Resource classification sidebar on the left categorizes resources by report type. By default, the Resource distribution by workspace bar chart on the right displays all resources.

   

   Click a resource type in the list on the left to filter the distribution chart on the right.

   

3. Resource details

   The distribution of resource types across workspaces (①). You can export the data (②) to save the results as a local Excel file.

   Note

   You can also use the filter box (③) to locate specific resources.

   • In the Resource type filter box, all types are selected by default. Click the dropdown to view and select a specific resource type.

   • Click the Workspace filter to view and select a specific workspace.
