This topic explains how to analyze user access data, view active resource and user rankings, track access counts, and review resource access logs.
Background
The access analysis feature is available only in the Advanced and Professional editions.
To use the access analysis feature, you must be an organization administrator or have a custom role with Intelligent O&M permissions.
To use the workspace-level resource analysis feature, you must have workspace management permissions.
Organization-level access analysis
Organization administrators and users with custom roles that include Intelligent O&M permissions can use the organization-level access analysis dashboard.
Access
On the Organization Management page, in the navigation pane on the left, choose Intelligent O&M > Statistical Analysis > Access Analysis.

Activity metrics overview
This section shows the Access Metrics Overview and Activity Ranking for resources in the organization.

Access metrics overview: This section shows trends in the number of accessed resources and unique users. By default, it shows data for the current month. You can click the tab (①) in the upper-right corner to switch to yesterday's data.
NoteThe Month view shows the trend of cumulative active users per month over the last 12 months.
The Yesterday view shows the trend of cumulative active users per day over the last 30 days.
Activity ranking: This section shows the rankings of active resources and users, along with their cumulative access counts. By default, it displays the cumulative access count for dashboards. You can switch the resource type in the drop-down list (②) in the upper-right corner. You can also hover over a resource name and click View Details (③) to open the corresponding resource access logs.
Access statistics
View the Resource Access Statistics and User Access Statistics for the current organization.
Resource access statistics: Switch to the Resource Access Statistics tab to view access information for resources within the current organization.

On this tab, you can:
①: Filter the data by criteria such as aggregation type, date range, workspace, and resource type.
②: View the resource access trend, which updates automatically based on your filters.
③: View the resource access rankings. In the Actions column, you can click View Details to view the corresponding access logs. You can also click the Export button in the upper-right corner to export the current resource access rankings to an Excel file.
User access statistics: Switch to the User Access Statistics tab to view user access information within the current organization.

On this tab, you can:
①: Configure data filters based on your needs. You can filter by aggregation type, date range, operator, workspace, and resource type.
②: View the user access rankings. In the Actions column, you can click View Trend to open a pop-up window that shows the trend of a specific user's access to a resource over time. You can also click the Export button in the upper-right corner to export the current user access ranking data to an Excel file.

Resource access logs
View the resource access logs for the current organization.
NoteData is retained for 30 days. The page displays a maximum of 10,000 records.

On this page, you can:
①: Configure data filters based on your needs. You can filter by date range, operator, access type, workspace, resource type, access device, and access source.
②: View the detailed resource access logs. The log details update automatically based on your filter selections.
③: Click the Export button to export the current resource access logs to a local Excel file.
Workspace-level access analysis
The workspace-level access analysis dashboard is for workspace administrators. When an organization administrator accesses this dashboard from the workspace management panel, they can view information only for the current workspace.
Organization administrators have permission to view the workspace.
Access
On the Workbench page, in the navigation pane on the left, choose Workspace Management > Resource Analysis > Access Statistics.

Report-level access analysis
Access
On the Workbench page, select the desired resource type in the Data Analytics section. In the Actions column for the target resource, click the
icon and select Resource Analysis from the drop-down list.
You can perform report-level resource analysis on published resources, including data portals, dashboards, spreadsheets, data dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, self-service data retrieval, and data entry.
This section uses a dashboard as an example.

Panel overview
Access metrics overview
This section shows the monthly or daily trends in access count and the number of unique users for the current resource. By default, it shows data for the current month. You can click the tab (①) in the upper-right corner to switch to yesterday's data.

User access
View user access statistics for the current resource.

On this tab, you can:
①: Configure data filters based on your needs. You can filter by aggregation type, date range, and operator.
②: View the trend of user access data, including the number of users and preview count. This chart automatically updates based on your filter selections.
③: View the user access rankings. In the Actions column, you can click View Details to view details for that access event in the User Access Log section. You can also click the Export button in the upper-right corner to export the current user access ranking data to an Excel file.
User access logs
View the user access logs for the current resource.
