Beyond text formatting, visualization styles shape how your report pages look and feel. You can adjust the overall layout and fine-tune styling details on the Xiao Q Report editing page.

Page Styles

Configure page styles so your report displays well across different scenarios.

Click the image icon in the top-right corner of the page. From the drop-down list, select Page Styles. In the Page Styles panel, configure the current report’s Page Settings and Title Area.

Page Width

Choose a page width: Compact, Regular, Ultra-wide, or Full-width, depending on the display device and reading context.111

Global Font Size

Adjust the font size for report body content. The default is Smaller, which suits most reading scenarios. Switch to Regular or Larger as needed.111

Paragraph Spacing

Control the vertical spacing between paragraphs to improve readability and visual hierarchy.

The default is Regular, which provides comfortable content density. Switch to Compact or Loose as needed.111

Content Top Margin

Set the distance between the report content and the top edge. The default and minimum value is 40 px.111

Page Background

Click the image icon to enable the report's bottom background area.

Click the image icon to enable the page background. Customize colors, images, and other elements to enhance visual appeal and reinforce brand identity.

  • Background Color: Set the fill color. Two fill modes are available: Solid Color and Gradient.111

  • Overlay Background Image: Optionally overlay a background image on top of the fill color. You can select a system-provided image or upload a custom image with your brand identity.111

    Note

    Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and SVG. Maximum file size: 1 MB.

  • Highlight Main Content: Visually emphasize the main content area when a background is applied.image

    You can also choose whether to include the title area in the highlight.111

Title Area

Click the image icon to enable the report's top title area.

Display Main Title

Control whether the main title appears on the page. When displayed, you can configure its text style, including font color, font size, bold, italic, and alignment.111

Display Thumbnail

Control whether the thumbnail is displayed.

When enabled, select a system-provided image or upload a custom branded image as the thumbnail. You can also set its position and height.111

Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and SVG. Maximum file size: 1 MB.

Information Bar

Click the image icon to enable the information bar, then configure its content and text style.

  • Display Last Modified Time: Shows when the report was last modified, helping viewers track data freshness.

  • Display Creator Name: Shows the account name of the report creator.

  • Text: Customize the color, font size, and style of the information bar text.image
