Create an outbound scenario
An outbound scenario defines the conversation content and behavior logic of the Raascall during outbound calls, including the opening statement, Q&A responses, and conversation summary. Each scenario can be associated with a business skill. You must select a scenario when creating an outbound task.
In the outbound scenario module, you can:
-
Create outbound scenarios and associate them with business skills.
-
Configure opening statements, Q&A, and conversation summaries.
-
Use variable settings to personalize outbound call content.
-
Use text debugging or voice debugging to verify scenario effectiveness.
-
Manage scenario versions with support for version rollback.
Access: After logging on to the console, select Outbound Scenarios in the left-side navigation pane.

Create an outbound scenario
Click the New Scenario button in the upper-right corner of the page to go to the scenario editing page.
Step 1: Configure basic information
Configure the basic information at the top of the scenario editing page:
|
Parameter |
Required/Optional |
Description |
|
Scenario Name |
Required |
The identifier name of the scenario. We recommend that you use a name with business meaning. Example: Spring Promotion Campaign Invitation |
|
Scenario Description |
Optional |
A brief description of the scenario to supplement the scenario purpose |
|
Associated Skill |
Optional |
Select the business skill to associate. After association, the scenario inherits the Q&A knowledge base of the skill |
Step 2: Configure the opening statement
In the Opening Statement tab, write the first sentence that the Raascall speaks after the call is connected.
-
Edit the opening statement content directly in the text box.
-
Enter
#to insert variables (such as customer name, product name, etc.) to personalize the opening statement.
Example: Hello, this is a customer service representative from XX Company. May I speak to #Customer Name#?
Step 3: Configure Q&A
Switch to the Q&A tab to configure the Raascall's responses to frequently asked questions from customers. If the scenario is already associated with a business skill, the Q&A from the skill is automatically inherited by the scenario.
You can also add Q&A pairs specifically for the current scenario here. These Q&A pairs take effect only for this scenario.
Step 4: Configure conversation summary
Switch to the Conversation Summary tab to configure the summary template that the system automatically generates after a call ends. The conversation summary helps you quickly understand the key information and customer intent of each call.
Step 5: Variable settings
Click the Variable Settings button to manage the variables used in the scenario. Variables can be referenced in the opening statement and scripts by using the #VariableName# format. During outbound calls, the system automatically replaces them with actual values.
Debug scenarios
A debugging panel is provided on the right side of the scenario editing page to verify scenario effectiveness before publishing.
-
Text debugging: Simulate conversations between customers and the Raascall through text to quickly verify Q&A matching and script logic.
-
Voice debugging: Simulate real calls through voice to verify the voice interaction effectiveness of the Raascall.
Click the Start Test button to start a debugging session.
Save and publish scenarios
-
Save: Click the Save button to save the current configuration as a draft. You can continue editing at any time.
-
Publish: Click the Publish button to publish the scenario. Published scenarios can be selected when creating outbound tasks.
We recommend that you fully verify the scenario effectiveness through the debugging feature before publishing.
Version management
A new version (such as V1 or V2) is generated each time a scenario is published. In the scenario list, click the Version History button to view all historical versions of the scenario.
For published scenarios, click the Edit Draft button to create a new draft based on the published version for modifications. After modifications, republish the scenario to generate a new version.
