Manage customer lists
Customer management is the data foundation for outbound tasks. Customer management supports batch uploading of customer lists, viewing historical upload records, and downloading lists for verification. Each list can be associated with an outbound task to achieve precise customer outreach.
Access: After logging on to the console, select Customer Management in the left-side navigation pane.

Data overview
The top of the page displays two core metrics to help you quickly understand the customer data overview:
|
Metric |
Description |
Calculation method |
|
Total lists |
The total number of uploaded list files under your account |
Cumulative number of uploaded files |
|
Total customers |
The total number of phone numbers across all lists (without deduplication) |
Sum of all numbers across all lists |
Data interpretation notes:
-
Total customers is counted without deduplication: If the same phone number appears in multiple lists, it is counted multiple times.
-
Automatic deduplication during outbound task execution: The system automatically deduplicates numbers within the same task to avoid repeated calls.
-
No deduplication across tasks: If two tasks use the same list, a customer may receive two calls.

Upload a customer list
Step 1: Download the standard template
When using the customer management feature for the first time, we recommend that you download the standard template to understand the required file format.
Procedure:
-
Click the Download Template button in the upper-right corner of the page.
-
The system automatically downloads the template file to your local device (default filename:
客户名单模板.xlsx).

|
Phone number |

Step 2: Prepare the list file
Fill in customer information in the standard template or use a custom file. The following requirements must be met:
|
Requirement |
Description |
|
Supported formats |
.xls, .xlsx, .csv |
|
File name |
Duplicates are not allowed. We recommend using a name with business meaning |
|
File size |
We recommend that the file size does not exceed 5 MB |
|
Records per file |
Up to 10,000 records. Split into multiple files if the limit is exceeded |
|
Number requirements |
Only 11-digit mainland China mobile phone numbers are supported |
List quality recommendations:
-
Use filenames with business meaning: For example, "January 2024 member follow-up list.xlsx" for easier management.
-
Ensure correct number format: 11 digits, without spaces, hyphens, or other characters.
-
Avoid sensitive words: Customer names should not contain prohibited terms.
-
Update lists regularly: Remove invalid numbers (disconnected or non-existent) to improve the connection rate.
Step 3: Upload and wait for validation
Procedure:
-
Click the Upload New List button in the upper-right corner of the page.
-
Locate the prepared list file in the file selector, select the file, and click "Open". The system starts uploading and validating the file.
System validation rules:
|
Validation item |
Description |
Handling method |
|
Sensitive word detection |

|
Duplicate detection |

If the uploaded file contains incorrectly formatted numbers, the system automatically filters them out.
-
The final number of saved phone numbers may be fewer than in the original file. We recommend downloading the list for verification after a successful upload.

During outbound task execution, the system automatically deduplicates numbers within the same task.
