Monitor resource usage
Usage Management is the resource monitoring and cost management center of the Raascall console. Usage Management provides visual resource dashboards, real-time usage monitoring, and consumption trend analysis to help you plan resources effectively, avoid service interruptions, and control costs precisely.
In the Usage Management module, you can:
-
View the number of agents and call duration quota included in your plan.
-
Monitor resource usage progress and remaining balance for the current billing cycle.
-
Analyze call duration consumption trends and detailed records.
-
Manage plan renewal to ensure uninterrupted service.
Access: After logging on to the console, select Usage Management in the left-side navigation pane.

Plan overview
The top of the page displays your current subscription plan information, helping you quickly understand resource quotas and validity periods.
|
Field |
Description |
Example |
|
Plan status |
The lifecycle status of the current plan |
Active, Expired, Expiring soon |
|
Total agents |
The maximum number of concurrent calls that can be initiated simultaneously |
1, 3, 5 |
|
Call duration |
The number of call minutes included in each billing cycle |
2,000 minutes/cycle, 5,000 minutes/cycle |
|
Validity period |
The start and end date range of the plan |
2025-12-18 17:53:15 to 2026-04-19 00:00:00 |
Key concepts:
-
Total agents: The maximum number of concurrent calls that can be initiated simultaneously. For example, 1 agent means only 1 call can be made at a time, while 3 agents allow 3 concurrent calls. If multiple tasks are running, they share the agent resources.
-
Call duration: The call duration included with each subscribed digital worker (for example, 2,000 minutes per worker) is shared across all agents. Call duration is billed by the minute, and any call shorter than one minute is counted as one minute.
-
Billing rules: An anniversary billing model is used. Minutes in the shared resource pool are automatically allocated at the start of each billing cycle. Unused minutes from the current cycle are automatically carried over to the next cycle until the subscription period ends. There is no monthly reset.
Manage plan settings
The plan overview section provides three quick action buttons:
|
Action |
Description |
Scenario |
|
Add digital worker |
Increase the number of agents (upgrade) to improve concurrency |
Peak seasons, multi-task concurrency requirements |
|
Enable auto-renewal |
Automatically charge upon expiration to avoid service interruptions (strongly recommended) |
Ensure business continuity |
|
Manual renewal |
Go to the renewal page |
Temporary renewal or plan adjustment |
We recommend that you enable auto-renewal to avoid task suspension, service interruptions, or data deletion due to plan expiration.
View current cycle usage
Below the plan overview, you can find usage statistics for the current cycle to help you quickly understand resource usage progress. A cycle selector dropdown is available in the upper-right corner of the usage section, allowing you to switch between different cycles to view usage data:
|
Metric |
Description |
Calculation method |
|
Remaining duration percentage |
The percentage of remaining call duration out of the total duration |
Remaining call duration / Total call duration x 100% |
|
Total call duration |
The total number of minutes included in the current cycle |
Cycle quota configured in the plan plus carry-over from the previous cycle |
|
Carried-over call duration |
The number of minutes carried over from the previous cycle |
Automatically accumulated from the remaining quota of the previous cycle |
|
Used call duration |
The number of minutes consumed in the current cycle |
The sum of duration across all call records (rounded up) |
|
Remaining call duration |
The number of minutes still available for use |
Total call duration minus used call duration |
Analyze consumption trends
The bottom section of the page displays call duration consumption trends and detailed records. The Trends and Details section provides two view options:
-
By cycle: Displays a trend chart by cycle to view long-term usage changes and analyze cyclical patterns.
-
By day: Displays a trend chart by day to view daily usage fluctuations and identify peak days.
Below the trend chart, a table displays the detailed consumption record for each call, showing the consumption amount and start/end time for each task. You can also export the details for cost accounting, department allocation, and trend analysis.
Best practices
-
Daily check: We recommend that you log on to the Usage Management page daily to quickly check:
-
Whether remaining minutes are sufficient - Monitor the remaining percentage and set early warnings.
-
Expiration reminders - Monitor plan status and renew in advance.
-
Abnormal consumption - Review trend charts to identify unusual peaks.
-
-
Resource planning: Plan resource allocation based on business cycles:
-
Off-peak seasons: Unused minutes are automatically carried over, accumulating resources for peak seasons.
-
Peak seasons (usage above 90%): Control the number of tasks in the short term, and add digital workers for an upgrade in the long term.
-
Temporary promotions: Upgrade immediately to add agents. After the promotion, contact customer service to downgrade.
-
-
Auto-renewal: We strongly recommend that you enable auto-renewal to avoid task suspension, service interruptions, and data deletion. Click the Enable Auto-Renewal button to go to the Alibaba Cloud Billing Center for configuration.
-
Regular auditing: We recommend that you export consumption details monthly for in-depth analysis:
-
Which tasks consume the most: Identify high-consumption tasks.
-
Which time periods are concentrated: Optimize task scheduling strategies.
-
Average minutes consumed per call: Evaluate the efficiency of scenario scripts.
-
Usage growth trends: Forecast future resource demands.
