Manage seat plan subscriptions, call minute booster packs, and invalid call count packs. View usage data such as call duration and invalid call counts at the organization and workspace levels.

RCB uses a concurrent seat billing model. Each seat plan includes a certain amount of call duration and invalid call count quota. You can additionally purchase call minute booster packs and invalid call count packs to supplement your quota. You can check the usage statistics and consumption rankings of each workspace at any time to determine whether resources are sufficient and whether additional purchases are needed.
