Get started in three steps
After completing your purchase, go to the console:
Step 1: Preparation (10 minutes)
Understand business skills and outbound scenarios
Raascall uses a three-tier structure: business skill → outbound scenario → outbound task. A business skill defines the business capabilities that a digital worker can perform (such as customer follow-up calls and renewal reminders). An outbound scenario is the specific script configuration under a skill. An outbound task is the unit that actually executes the outbound calls.
Visit the Business Skills page to view your purchased skills, and visit the Outbound Scenarios page to view available scenarios.
Common scenario types:
Scenario type | Typical applications | Applicable business |
Customer follow-up | Cosmetics follow-up, satisfaction surveys | Understand customer feedback, collect improvement suggestions |
Renewal reminder | Membership renewal, plan expiration notifications | Remind about expiration, guide renewal |
Sales recommendation | AI sales, new product recommendations, event invitations | Introduce products, screen high-intent customers |
Key points:
Each business skill can contain multiple outbound scenarios
Scenarios support configuring opening statements, Q&A, conversation summaries, and more
Before publishing, you can verify the results through text debugging or voice debugging
