Call limits

General limits

Important
  • URL query parameters have a length limit. For POST APIs, pass parameters in the request body.

  • For APIs that support batch parameters, omit the parameter if you are not using it. Do not pass an empty array, such as [].

  • APIs with /raas/ in their path are servitization-specific. To call these APIs, the RPA account associated with your AccessKey pair (AK/SK) must have servitization permissions.

  • API names and parameters are case-sensitive. Using the wrong case will result in an invalid parameter error.
