After you deploy an application to Serverless App Engine (SAE), you can modify its application tags and description. This topic describes how to edit application tags and the application description in the SAE console.
Prerequisites
An application must be running.
Add application tags
To help you quickly add application tags, SAE provides two methods: editing on the application list page and editing on the application information tab.
You can bind a maximum of 20 tags to each resource. To manage tags centrally, see custom tags.
To apply tags to multiple applications at once, see batch operations on applications.
Application list page
Log in to the SAE console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose applications > application list. Then, select the target region and namespace.
In the row for the target application, hover over the
icon and click Attach.In the Edit Tag dialog box, select or enter a Select or enter a full tag key and Tag Value, and then click OK.
Application details page
On the SAE Application List page, select a region and namespace at the top, and click the ID of the target application to open the application details page.
On the Basic Information tab, in the Application Information section, click the
icon in the Application Tag cell.In the Edit Tag dialog box, select or enter a Select or enter a full tag key and Tag Value, and then click OK.
Related operations
Modify an application tag: In the Edit Tag dialog box, you can edit an existing Tag Key or Tag Value, or add new tags.
Delete an application tag: In the Edit Tag dialog box, click the
icon next to the tag that you want to delete, and then click OK.
