Smart Access Gateway (SAG) instances may become unavailable due to overdue payments or expiration. We recommend that you renew your SAG instances at the earliest opportunity to ensure business continuity. This topic describes how to renew an SAG instance.
Renew an SAG CPE instance or an SAG vCPE instance

When you renew an SAG CPE instance, you renew its bandwidth.

When you renew an SAG vCPE instance, you renew both the instance and its bandwidth.
Log on to the SAG console.
In the top navigation bar, select the region.

On the Smart Access Gateway page, find the target instance and choose
> Renew in the Operation column. -
On the renewal page, set the Subscription Duration, review and accept the terms of service, and then click Buy Now to complete the payment.
Change specifications of an SAG CPE instance or an SAG vCPE instance during renewal
You can change the bandwidth of an SAG CPE instance or an SAG vCPE instance when you renew the instance based on your business requirements. After the SAG CPE instance or the SAG vCPE instance is renewed and its bandwidth is changed, the new bandwidth takes effect during the subscription duration that you specify in the renewal.
Log on to the SAG console.
In the top navigation bar, select the region.

On the Smart Access Gateway page, find the target instance and choose
> Renew and Change Specification in the Operation column. -
On the Renew and Change Specification page, set the Subscription Duration and Peak Bandwidth, review and accept the terms of service, and then click Buy Now to complete the payment.
