Video tutorial
This page lists files from the last three months with a review status of Unreviewed or Appealing. Only users with the administrator/quality inspector role can access this feature. If there are unprocessed files, a notification appears to remind you to process them promptly.
Features
Pending tasks: Tasks are categorized as single session results or session group results.
Single session results are pending tasks generated from the quality inspection of single session recordings.
Session group results are pending tasks generated based on session groups. For more information about configuring session group rules, see Session group quality inspection settings.
Task filtering
Time: You can filter tasks by today, yesterday, the last 7 days, the last 30 days, or a custom time range.
Result type: You can filter by task result type, such as all, offline voice results, offline text results, or real-time voice results.
Execution status: You can filter by status, such as all, running, completed, or failed.
Batch operations
Batch export: You can export all or selected quality inspection results or conversation text.
Batch assign: You can assign all or selected tasks.
Specific assignment: You can assign a specific number of sessions to each quality inspector for review. If you do not specify the number of tasks for an inspector, the remaining tasks are distributed evenly.
Even distribution: You can distribute the sessions for review evenly among the quality inspectors.
Batch revoke: You can revoke all or selected pending tasks.
Batch review: You can mark all or selected tasks as correct.
Review status: A task can have one of three review statuses: Unreviewed, Appealing, or Reviewed.
The following is an example of an unreviewed result from a single-channel session:
An administrator can click the Assign button to assign a review task to a quality inspector or another administrator. The task is then removed from the administrator's pending task list and added to the assignee's list.
Click the Review button to open the manual review page. On this page, you can add manual rule hits, a review type, and review comments. After the review is complete, click Submit or Submit and Next to complete the task.
