Description
Configure the global settings for session group quality inspection. These settings apply to all session group quality inspection rules.
Accessing the feature
Log on to the Smart Conversation Analysis system. Click System Administration > Session Group Quality Inspection Settings.
Features
Enable session group rule quality inspection
Select this option to enable quality inspection for session group rules.
Starting score for session group quality inspection
Set a starting score for session quality inspection. The default score is 100. The valid range is 1 to 100.
Start time for session group quality inspection
Select a time to start the quality inspection each day. The value represents the hour of the day and can be set from 0 to 23.
Trigger conditions
Set detection conditions: Add conditions that are based on associated parameters. For more information, see Associated parameter checks.
Configure logic for inspection conditions:
Select the logical relationship between the conditions, such as All conditions met, Any condition met, No conditions met, or Custom logic. For more information, see Logic configuration for quality inspection conditions.
