Configure application notification groups
SchedulerX 2.0 supports application-level notification contacts with multiple channels, including SMS, phone, email, and webhook. You can use contact groups or custom contacts.
-
Contact group: After creating notification contacts and contact groups, you can select a group as the notification method when you create or modify an application. All contacts in that group will then receive notifications. For more information, see Create an application.
-
Custom: You must configure at least one custom contact.
To use the notification contact group feature, you must upgrade Distributed Task Scheduling Platform to SchedulerX 2.0 (Professional Edition). For more information, see Upgrade to the Professional Edition.
