Step 1: Deploy the Cloud-native Website Building Tool

1. Go to the Servers page in the Simple Application Server console.

2. In the middle of the page, click Create Server.

3. On the Simple Application Server page, follow the prompts to configure the resources. The following table describes the configuration items.

   Note

   The available images and plans may vary based on the region and instance type. The options on the purchase page in the console take precedence.

   Servers	Instance family: General-purpose Plan: CNY 56/month	Select an instance family: Options include general-purpose, Multi-IP, International, and Large-capacity. Instance families. Important To create a Windows instance, select a plan that provides a system disk larger than 40 GiB.

   Region	Singapore	Select a region close to your target users to reduce network latency. You cannot change the region after the instance is created. Important Instances in regions outside the Chinese mainland, such as China (Hong Kong) and Singapore, use international bandwidth, which may cause high latency from within the Chinese mainland. Select the region closest to your target users. Regions and network connectivity.
   Purchase Settings	Quantity: 1 Duration: 1 Month	Quantity: the number of instances to purchase. Default: 1. Duration: the subscription duration. Default: 1 month. Important Instances hosting web services in the Chinese mainland require an ICP filing with a subscription duration of 3 months or longer (including renewals). Domain name filing. Monthly subscription: 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Yearly subscription: 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years. Enable Auto-renewal is enabled by default to prevent disruptions from expired subscriptions. Auto-renewal. For monthly subscriptions, the renewal period is one month. For yearly subscriptions, the renewal period is one year.

4. After you complete the configuration, click Buy Now and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

   When the server status changes from Pending to Running, the Cloud-native Website Building server is created.

   

Step 2: Activate the image and go to the administrator backend

1. Obtain the logon information for the Cloud-native Website Building Tool.

   1. On the Servers page, click the instance ID for the target server to open the Server Overview page.

   2. Click the Application Details tab to view information about the Cloud-native Website Building Tool.

      Note

      On the Application Details tab, you can also view the usage steps for the tool and the installation paths of pre-installed applications.

      

      • Cloud-native Website Building home page address: http://123.57.XX.XX.

      • Cloud-native Website Building administrator logon address: http://123.57.XX.XX/admin.

      • Cloud-native Website Building administrator backend address: https://ac.clouddream.net/.

2. When you log on to the Cloud-native Website Building Tool for the first time, you must activate the image.

   1. In a browser, enter the home page address of the Cloud-native Website Building Tool: http://123.57.XX.XX.

   2. Follow the prompts to set the administrator mobile number and enter the verification code. Then, click Next.

      

   3. Attach a website.

      • If a purchased Website Express or Corporate Website plan that is not yet attached to a Simple Application Server public IP address is associated with the current administrator mobile number, the plan is automatically displayed. Click Complete to attach the website.

        

      • If no unattached Website Express or Corporate Website plan is associated with the current administrator mobile number, you must manually enter the website's second-level domain name or order number to attach it.

        

3. Go to the administrator backend.

   1. Log on to the management backend.

      Follow the prompts to log on with your administrator mobile number or by scanning the QR code with the WeChat account registered to that mobile number.

      Note

      You can also go to the administrator backend at https://ac.clouddream.net/.

      This example uses Website Express. After you log on, the page shown in the following figure appears.

   2. Click Enter Backend to open the administrator backend and build your website.

Step 3: Access the website home page

In a browser, enter the website home page address, http://123.57.XX.XX, to access the website. The home page is similar to the one shown in the following figure.
