Can I silence alerts that have specific labels or sources?
Yes. You can add silence policies to your alert policies and specify match conditions such as alert names, severities, source monitoring rules, and monitored objects. Alerts that meet the conditions are silenced. For more information, see Silence policy.
Can I merge alerts to send notifications?
Yes. You can add merge policies to your alert policies. A merge policy combines a large number of identical triggered alerts into a single alert set for notification. For more information, see Merge policy.
Can I view the status of an alert on a dashboard?
Yes. Simple Log Service provides the Alert Rule Center, Alert Pipeline Center, and Troubleshooting Center dashboards for monitoring alert status.
