In the Short Message Service console, you can add contacts to receive SMS notifications for events such as anti-fraud alerts for verification codes, low balance warnings for packages, and review results.
Notes
By default, the Contacts page lists only the primary account contact. You can add a maximum of 10 contacts, including the primary account contact.
By default, the primary account contact receives all SMS notifications. You can disable specific notifications as needed.
The primary account contact cannot be deleted. To modify it, go to the Account Center.
Procedure
Log in to the Short Message Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
Click the Contacts tab, and then click Add Contact. In the dialog box, enter the following details.
Enter the contact's name.
Enter their mobile number.
Click Send.
In the Verification Code field, enter the code you receive by SMS.
Select the types of notifications for the contact to receive.
Click OK.
Delete a contact
If you have account management permissions or can contact the account administrator, click Delete in the contact list.
If you need to delete a contact but lack the required permissions (for example, after leaving the company or a change of account administrator), use one of the following methods:
If you cannot reach the account administrator, the Alibaba Cloud team can help you contact them.
If the Alibaba Cloud team is also unable to reach the administrator, you must provide the following items. The contact is deleted after successful verification.
Proof of ownership or a payment record for the mobile number.
Photos of the mobile number owner holding the front and back of their ID card.
A photo of a handwritten, signed authorization letter.
