Create a linked account

Features

A management account can create a member account, grant the required authorization, and establish a relationship between them.

How it works

In Enterprise Finance, a management account can create a new member account. The real-name verification of the management account is automatically synchronized to the member account, eliminating the need for a separate verification process. You can set an authorization policy between the accounts and establish a relationship to centrally manage your enterprise costs.

Procedure

1. Select "Create Linked Account"

After signing in to your account, navigate to the console > costs > Enterprise Finance > Relationship Management page. On this page, select "Create Linked Account". 1) The management account must be a direct Alibaba Cloud customer, not a reseller or virtual operator account.

2) The management account must be an enterprise account that has completed real-name verification and is not frozen.

2. Enter account details and select a policy

In the "Create Linked Account" dialog box, enter the information for the new member account and click "Submit". You must set an enterprise finance nickname, select a relationship policy (financial trusteeship or financial management), and select other permissions as needed, such as Allow to Sync Promotions, View Financial Information, and Manage Invoices.

1) The member account's full name includes the suffix @efc.aliyunid.com. For example, if you enter ABC, the full account name is ABC@efc.aliyunid.com.

2) A mobile phone number is required for verification. Each number can only be associated with a limited number of accounts. Once this limit is reached, the number cannot be used to create new accounts. To avoid this, promptly change the phone number associated with the new account after creation.

3. Complete creation

After the account is created, use the registered phone number to retrieve the password and sign in.
