Smart status code

Updated at:

The smart_status_code field in a receipt message provides detailed explanations for call results. These smart status codes offer more insight into unsuccessful calls than standard, often brief, carrier status codes. This feature is currently in its beta phase and available for free. Billing details will be provided in a future update.

Smart status codes (smart_status_code)

To use this feature, configure your receipt messages to include the smart_status_code field. For more information, see Introduction to and configuration of receipt messages.
