Billing statistics
The Billing statistics page displays monthly bill details for different product types for the last 24 months. It also provides more granular billing statistics and instance billing details organized by phone number.
View bills
Log on to the Voice Service console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose .
On the Bills tab, select a billing cycle and a product to view the monthly bill amount.
To export the bill data, click the Download Bill button.
View billing details
Billing details provide a more granular breakdown of your bill. For example, the item "International Voice - International to International voice calls" is broken down by country, such as Italy, the United States, and Singapore.
On the Billing Details tab, select a month, product type, and billable item to view the billing details.
View daily usage details for billing
On the Daily Usage Details for Billing tab, select a month, product type, and billable item to view the daily usage for that item.
View instance billing details
The Instance Billing Details tab shows bills organized by phone number. This lets you check the spending for each number.
If a charge is not related to a phone number, such as a model customization fee, the Business Number column shows a default system number.
The Instance Billing Details page is not yet fully available. If the page does not display correctly, go to the Bills tab and click the Download Bill button to export the details as an Excel file.
