This topic describes how to view usage data for each feature in the Voice Service console by calendar month and download reports.
Procedure
Log on to the Voice Service console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose .
On the Usage Statistics page, you can select a Voice Feature and Query Month to view the Data Sending Trend graph and Daily Usage Details for the selected feature.
NoteYou can query usage data for voice features for the last 12 months.
To zoom in on the data transmission trend graph, press and hold the left mouse button and drag to select a time range. Click the reset button to restore the graph.
Click Failed Details in the Actions column to view details for failed voice services. You can also export these details.
Click the Download Report button to download the usage data for the current query.
