Metric definitions
The following table describes metrics for cloud application usage and user behavior.

Real-time data | Session | Number of connected sessions for the subscription | Number of sessions with active user connections on subscription-based cloud application resources. |
Connected pay-as-you-go sessions | Number of sessions with active user connections on pay-as-you-go cloud application resources. | ||
Pending sessions | Number of sessions without active user connections. This equals the difference between the maximum supported sessions and connected sessions. | ||
Maximum supported sessions | Total number of sessions supported by all cloud application resources. For each resource, this equals the product of the resource count in the delivery group and the concurrent session limit per resource. | ||
Resource | Resources in use | Number of resources with active user sessions. Tracked separately for subscription and pay-as-you-go resources. | |
Available resources | Number of resources without active user sessions. This equals the difference between total available resources and resources in use. Tracked separately for subscription and pay-as-you-go resources. | ||
Total available resources | Total number of cloud application resources in the delivery group. Tracked separately for subscription and pay-as-you-go resources. | ||

Cumulative session service duration | Total duration of all sessions during the selected date. Each session’s duration spans from connection start to disconnection. | ||

Average session duration | Average duration of all sessions during the selected date. | ||
