On the Users page, you can create and manage the users who will be assigned to cloud apps. You can store basic information like usernames and email addresses, and can reset user passwords, lock users, and view app usage statistics.
Create users
Log on to the App Streaming console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click User.
On the User page, click Created User in the upper-left corner.
In the Created User panel, do one of the following:
To create users individually, set the parameters on the Manual Entry tab and click Created User.
To create users in batches, upload a correctly formatted CSV file on the Batch Entry tab.

The username must be 3 to 24 characters in length and can contain hyphens (-), underscores (_), and periods (.). It must start with a lowercase letter or a digit.

You can upload a CSV file to create multiple users at the same time. To prevent errors, we recommend that you download and use the CSV template provided by App Streaming.

What to do next
After you create a user, WUYING AppStreaming automatically generates a password. To reset the password, find the user on the User page and click Reset Password in the Actions column. After the password is reset, WUYING AppStreaming sends the new password to the user's email address.
To block a user from accessing cloud apps, find the user on the User page and click Lock in the Actions column.
To unlock a user, find the user on the User page and click Unlock in the Actions column.
To assign cloud apps to a user, find the user on the User page and click View/Assign Apps in the Actions column. Then, do one of the following: On the Authorize by Group tab, add the user to a delivery group to grant them access to all apps in the group. On the Authorize by Apps tab, assign individual cloud apps to the user.
To view the app usage statistics for a user, find the user on the Actions page and click View App Usage in the Actions column. You can view the user's total access duration for popular cloud apps and their hourly usage statistics for each cloud app.
To perform these actions on multiple users at once, select the target users on the User page and click Reset Password, Lock, Unlock, or Delete at the bottom of the user list.
