EDS provides the stream collaboration feature for administrators and end users. End users can share their desktops with administrators for remote assistance or share their desktops with other end users for shared collaboration.

  • Remote assistance: If end users encounter issues when they use cloud computers, they can initiate remote assistance requests to administrators. The administrators can remotely view and manage the desktops of end users to quickly troubleshoot issues.

Use scenario: desktop sharing between teachers and students in online education scenarios.

  • Shared collaboration: If end users want to collaborate with others, they can initiate shared collaboration and invite other end users to join the collaboration.

Use scenario: desktop sharing between colleagues in online office scenarios.
