You can create requirements in Projex to track product needs and plan sprints.
Go to the requirement list and click New. The creation panel opens. Enter the title and content, and configure the fields on the right. Click New to create the requirement. To add, delete, sort, or set required fields, see Work item template management. The main content area on the left contains a title input box and a rich text editor that supports bold, italics, images, tables, links, and code blocks. The basic fields panel on the right allows you to set Work item type (for example, product requirement), Owner, Priority, Project, Sprint, Participant, CC, Tag, Planned start time, Planned completion time, and Estimated work hours. After you fill in the fields, click New to submit.
