Drill down and export report data
This topic describes how to drill down into and export report data.
Supported drill-down types
Report viewers can drill down from high-level summaries to detailed data and statistics on metric cards.
You can copy and download detailed data.
Apsara Devops Insight supports drilling down into all metric cards in reports, including charts, numerical metrics, and tables.
Apsara Devops Project Collaboration supports drilling down into reports for measures, work hours, and iteration overviews within a project.
View detailed data in charts
View detailed data
When you view a report, focus on a chart metric card to see the View Details button, as shown in the following figure:
Click View Details to view the chart and its detailed data in full screen, as shown in the following figure:
For custom metric cards, you can use the operations panel on the right to temporarily change statistical dimensions and filter conditions. To obtain a larger view of the chart, you can collapse the operations panel.
Drill down again to view detailed statistics
Focus on a row of detailed data to see clickable metrics. Click a metric to view its specific statistical content. If there is a lot of content, you can use the search function to locate items. For example, the following figure shows that five requirements were delivered in week 32. Click the number to view the specific requirement items.
View detailed content for numerical metrics
Focus on a numerical metric card to see the View Details button, as shown in the following figure:
Click the button to view the detailed statistical content. This view supports search and simple filtering, as shown in the following figure:
View table metric cards in full screen
On table metric cards in a report, a Full Screen button is available by default. Click it to view the table in full screen.
The full-screen view shows more of the table's content and supports searching, as shown in the following figure:
On the report page or in full-screen view, focus on a row to see clickable numbers. Click a number to view the statistical content, as shown in the following figure:
Copy and download data
When you view detailed data or detailed statistics, you can copy and download the content:
Copy: Copies the data on the current page.
Download: Downloads all pages of data. If a search filter is applied, only the filtered data is downloaded. The file is downloaded in .xlsx format. You can download up to 10,000 data entries at a time. If you have more than 10,000 entries, adjust the search conditions to download the data in batches.

In Apsara Devops Insight reports, the report creator can copy and download data.
Within a project in Apsara Devops Project Collaboration, project administrators can copy and download data.
