Verify your identity using an enterprise Alipay account
This verification method applies to standard enterprises and sole proprietorships. You can use an enterprise Alipay account to complete your enterprise identity verification.

Limitations
The enterprise information linked to the Alipay account must match the information of the enterprise being verified.
To open an enterprise Alipay account, you must apply through Alipay enterprise services. For more information, contact Alipay customer service.
Ensure that you use the correct enterprise Alipay account, or contact Alipay customer service to update the enterprise information linked to the account.
Procedure
Go to the verification page and select your entity type.
Standard enterprise
Log on to the Identity Verification page of the Alibaba Cloud Account Center. In the Enterprise Verification section, click Enterprise Alipay Verification.
Sole proprietorship
Log on to the Identity Verification page of the Alibaba Cloud Account Center and click All Verification Methods in the Enterprise Verification section.
Set Enterprise Type to Sole Proprietorship, and click Sole Proprietorship Alipay Authentication.
Select Authorize Alipay To Obtain Enterprise Information and click Log On To Alipay. When the Alipay login QR code appears, use the Enterprise Alipay app (not the personal Alipay app) to scan the code and log on.
After you log on to Alipay and grant authorization, follow the on-screen instructions to provide the required information: the ID card number of the legal representative (or sole proprietor) and a photo of your business license copy.
After you provide the required information, click Confirm Information And Initiate Review to submit your enterprise information and complete the verification. After the review is complete, you can check the verification result.
If the review fails, check the information that you provided and submit it again.
If you are logged on with an Alipay account that does not meet the requirements, follow the on-screen instructions to switch to a valid enterprise Alipay account or use another verification method.
FAQ
What if the enterprise name during verification does not match the registered name?
The enterprise name must exactly match the information on the business license. Otherwise, the identity verification will fail. If you see a message that the names do not match, the mismatch is usually caused by one of the following reasons:
The enterprise name was entered incorrectly
Check the enterprise name you entered. Make sure it exactly matches the full name on the business license, including punctuation, capitalization, and spaces.
Copy and paste the enterprise name directly from the business license to avoid manual entry errors.
The enterprise name has changed but has not been synchronized
First, check your enterprise information in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. If the information is outdated, wait for the system to update before you proceed with the verification. Alibaba Cloud takes up to 7 business days to synchronize information from the Administration for Market Regulation. If the information in the publicity system is current, contact Customer Service for assistance.
The enterprise type or entity information does not match
Confirm that the enterprise type you selected (such as general enterprise or sole proprietorship) matches the information on your business license.
For a sole proprietorship, enter the name from the "Name" field on the business license.
