CDT consolidates billing for Internet traffic and cross-region traffic across multiple Alibaba Cloud products. The following tables list supported products, billing rules, and SLA levels.
Products and billing types supported by CDT
CDT generates unified bills for Internet and cross-region traffic for the following products:

After you upgrade to CDT billing, all existing and new pay-by-data-transfer instances switch to unified CDT billing. Pay-by-bandwidth instances continue to be billed by their original cloud products. View CDT bills on the bill details page in the Expenses and Costs console.

CDT billing supports ECS instances in a VPC only. ECS instances in a classic network must migrate from a classic network to a VPC before using CDT billing.
