When a user messages your business by clicking the Send a WhatsApp message button in an ad on a platform such as Facebook or Instagram, the system captures information about that ad. You can query and view this ad information in the console.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.

A WhatsApp channel is created. For more information, see WhatsApp channels.

WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) onboarding is complete and the WABA is approved by WhatsApp. For more information, see Register a WABA and manage phone numbers.

A Meta ad account is created in Meta Ads Manager.

An ad that clicks to WhatsApp is created and published in Meta Ads Manager. For more information, see Create Ads that Click to WhatsApp in Ads Manager.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

On the Channel Management page, find the WhatsApp channel that you want to manage and click its Channel ID or Manage.

On the channel details page, click Advertisement Information.

Select the query conditions.

Business Number: The phone number that receives messages when a user clicks the WhatsApp button in the ad.

User Phone Number: The phone number of the user interacting with your business.

Ad ID: The ID generated after you create an Ad That Clicks to WhatsApp in Meta Ads Manager.

Time range: The date range during which users clicked the button in the ad.

NoteYou can select a different business phone number to view its associated ad information.
