View phone numbers and opt-out timestamps of users who clicked Unsubscribe in WhatsApp marketing templates, grouped by enterprise phone number.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.

A WhatsApp channel has been created.

A WABA is registered for the channel and approved by WhatsApp.

Phone number verification is complete.

A marketing template with an Unsubscribe button is created and approved by WhatsApp.

Messages with an Unsubscribe button have been sent to users.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

On the Channel Management page, find the WhatsApp channel and click its ID or Manage in the Actions column.

On the channel details page, click Unsubscription Query in the left navigation pane.

On the Unsubscription Query page, select the query conditions:

Enterprise phone number
-
User phone number (optional)
-
Time range of Unsubscribe button clicks
NoteTo export data, click the Download icon in the upper-right corner. After export completes, retrieve the file from Download Center. For more information, see Download center.
