Unsubscription query

View phone numbers and opt-out timestamps of users who clicked Unsubscribe in WhatsApp marketing templates, grouped by business number. This topic describes how to query user opt-out information.

Prerequisites

Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.
A WhatsApp sender account is created and the WABA is approved by WhatsApp.
Phone number verification is complete.
A marketing template with an Unsubscribe button is created and approved by WhatsApp.
Messages with an Unsubscribe button have been sent to users.

Procedure

Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Instant Message > WhatsApp.
Find the sender account that you created and click the sender account name.
On the action page, click Unsubscription Query to go to the Unsubscription Query page.
On the Unsubscription Query page, select the query conditions:
1. Business Number: Select the business number to query.
2. User Phone Number (optional): Select a specific user phone number.
3. Time Range: Select the time range of user opt-out clicks to query.

  To export data, click the Download icon in the upper-right corner. After export completes, retrieve the file from Download Center. For more information, see Download center.
