Download exported data files to your local computer from Download Center.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.

A download task is submitted.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID or click Manage in the Actions column.

In the left navigation pane, click Download Center.

Optional: specify Export Source or Export Status.

Select the target data and click Download.
